Wellbeing Mornings at

Redcatch Community Garden

Yoga. Nature. Community. Lunch.

An invitation to step away from your busy lives, take some time for yourself and welcome in spring at the Garden.

These mornings are an opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga practice and explore how an ancient system of practices can support our health and wellbeing.

We will nourish our souls with practices that guide us towards our inner-selves. And invite feelings of balance, spaciousness, connection and resilience for body and mind.

Discover what yoga is beyond the postures…

Learn self-healing practises to support:

  • self-regulation

  • relaxation

  • manage stress, worry, mood

  • boost vitality.

Practise embodied, Somatic movement, Asanas (postures), breathing and relaxation techniques, yoga Nidra and meditation to support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Enjoy a warm, welcome, inclusive space away from life's daily distractions. And rediscover the joy of simply being. Everyone is welcome.

“What lovely yoga classes!! I really like the fact that the classes are small, so you always get individual attention. They always feel really friendly, warm and welcoming.

I find the Scaravelli inspired approach to be refreshing and interesting…a real change from other yoga classes I’ve been to in the past. I always leave feeling revived and cheerful, even if I turn up tired. I’m so pleased that I found your classes and definitely recommend them.”
