My story…
In July 2023, at age 47, I was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer. Overnight, I was navigating surgery, treatment, and a medically induced menopause—without the option of HRT.
In the midst of uncertainty, my yoga practice became my anchor. It brought me back into my body, offered stability, and ignited my healing. My experience deepened my understanding of wellness, embodiment, and how to live well in midlife.
Now, I feel called to support other women navigating midlife and beyond.
As a certified Yoga for Menopause teacher, I’m here to help you shift from fear, uncertainty and overwhelm, to a happier, healthier, more empowered you!

Date: Saturday, 27th September
Time: Arrive 9:45 AM · Retreat runs 10 AM – 5 PM
Location: Private venue in the Mendip Hills (20 minutes from Bristol)
