I really like the fact that the classes are small, so you always get individual attention, and they always feel really friendly, warm and welcoming!
I find the Scaravelli inspired approach to be refreshing and interesting...a real change from so many of the other yoga classes I have been to in the past.
I always leave feeling revived and cheerful, even if I turn up tired.

I would like to thank you for the 12 scaravelli yoga sessions I have received so far. I have sciatica and inflammation of the hips, and my back and hip pain is so much better now. The pain in my left hip has gone completely! The class is friendly and you explain everything really well, I will definitely be coming back after my holiday.
