This April I will be offering two extended Saturday morning Yoga sessions, wrapping around the Easter holidays.


Extended sessions to deepen your practice. With a focus on the alignment of mind, body and breath, to move with more balance and ease in our bodies. A movement practice to sustain us on the mat, enhance sport performance, or simply help us move better through our lives.


We will also explore simple breathing practices and enjoy some deep rest, restoring balance to body and mind, and setting you up for the weekend. Space will be given for questions.
